Return/Exchange and Cancellation Policies
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
General Policy- No exchanges, returns, or refunds based on personal dislikes.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product is clearly damaged or defective.
- Received wrong product.
- The product received doesn’t match the images in terms of design as seen on the website.
- Recording an unboxing video is necessary for issues like damage, incorrect, or missing products. Ensure the problem is clearly shown in the video without interruptions and report it within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
- The product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- The exchange facility is provided only once. Repetitive exchange requests will not be entertained.
- Sarees cannot be exchanged or returned if the fall pico is done or the blouse is detached.
- Customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- SALE products cannot be exchanged or returned.
- If you receive a package that appears to have been tampered with, do not accept the parcel and do not open the package.
- Refunds will be initiated to your bank account (bank details required) within 10 to 15 working days.
DISCLAIMER FOR COLOR AND DESCRIPTION
- Zari&Resham strives to publish high-quality pictures with true-to-life colors. However, digital photography has limitations. Factors such as weather, lighting conditions, and monitor settings can affect color perception.
- The details of the products or product specifications as mentioned on ZariandResham are only approximate values.
- Colors such as blue and green, and iridescent colors like orange, bright pink, and purple, may look different from real life.
- Deep colors like black, dark navy blue, and dark brown may appear similar.
- Pale colors like off white, white, grey, and cream can look different in pictures depending on studio lighting conditions at the time of the shoot.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Customized items are not eligible for cancellation.
- Cancellations are not allowed once the Fall and Pico are completed at the customer's request.
- If a customer cancels an order before it has been shipped, Zari&Resham will accept the cancellation and refund the amount within a reasonable period. Any transaction fees charged by the bank or a third party will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped or are in transit.
